Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We ship worldwide.

Forge & Willow is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Forge & Willow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
- The packaging
- The damaged item
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
